In 2017, Pikl’s founder Louise Birritteri spotted an opportunity in the insurance market. Consumer demand for peer-to-peer services like Airbnb and Uber was exploding. But the insurance industry was failing to adapt to the changing models of ownership.
Pikl was created in response. A specialist insurer with a unique purpose: enabling others to share their possessions with confidence.
As an external design partner we’ve worn several hats at Pikl.
Amongst our highlights have been working alongside Louise on the investor materials for their Series A round.
Since then we’ve refreshed Pikl’s digital brand, visual language and website to reflect the expanding range of products and forthcoming moves into other markets.
More recently, we helped the team explore product vision and experience for a new market opportunity.
